Hot Dip Tin Ship Lantern

130.00

This six-sided ship lantern is made to take a beating.  It has heavy three fold glass guards and folded edges on all of the dividers.

Traditional hot dip tin is used to make this lantern. Hot dip is the method used to make tin plate before electroplating was invented.  The mottled surface of hot dip tin is the way to go for an authentic looking lantern for reenacting.

The lantern is about 18" tall and 9 inches in diameter. It holds two candles in a revolving candle tray.
